Poster Presentation Guideline
- The poster must be a standard size of A0. [841mm (Width) x 1189 mm (Height)]
- The layout must be in Portrait.
- Please do not produce a Landscape poster.
- Posters should be designed, such that titles, legends, graphs and illustrations can be easily read from a distance of 1.5 meters.
- It is always better to avoid preparing posters that are too heavy for mounting.
- Kindly produce and affix a recent headshot (passport sized) of the Author/s at the top right-hand corner of the poster.
- Please note in order to present your abstract, kindly register and fully paid before 18th June 2018.
Oral Presentation Guideline
- Oral presentation slot – 10 minutes (include Q & A)
- The presentation must be presented in the English language.
- You are advised to adhere strictly to the time allocated to avoid upsetting the scientific programme.
